This document aims to shed light on the unfortunate experience encountered during our recent stay at a hostel. Despite our anticipation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, several issues arose, leading to significant dissatisfaction. This review will discuss the rude staff, unhygienic conditions, lack of trust, and inconveniences faced during our time at the hostel.

1. Rude Staff:

One of the primary reasons for our dissatisfaction with the hostel was the staff's behavior. We encountered rudeness while requesting towels, as they refused to provide them to us. Additionally, the towels we finally received were in an unsanitary condition, which further added to our disappointment. The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff greatly impacted our overall experience.

2. Lost Belongings and Refusal to Review CCTV:

Regrettably, we experienced an unfortunate incident during our stay, where we lost valuable jewelry and a substantial amount of money totaling 800 dollars. Despite our request to review the CCTV footage to investigate the matter, the hostel staff refused to cooperate, leaving us feeling helpless and betrayed. This incident eroded our trust in the hotel's management.

3. Unhygienic Toilets:

Another significant issue we encountered was the unclean state of the hostel's toilets. The presence of numerous pubic hairs in the toilet area indicated a lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance. This not only compromised our comfort but also raised concerns about the hostel's general hygiene standards.

4. Inconvenient Location:

Adding to our disappointment was the hostel's inconvenient location. Its distance from nearby attractions and amenities made it challenging for us to explore the surrounding area easily. This lack of accessibility and convenience further detracted from our overall experience.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, our stay at the hostel was far from satisfactory. The rude staff, refusal to provide clean towels, loss of valuable belongings without any cooperation in reviewing the CCTV footage, unhygienic toilets, and inconvenient location all significantly impacted our perception of the hostel. We are left with a lack of trust and a sense of disappointment. It is essential for establishments like this to prioritize customer satisfaction and address these issues to ensure a pleasant experience for future guests. There is no way I would recommend this hostel to anyone, it's an unsafe place to stay.

Pretty new hotel,not luxury,but great value for money and the environment is like at home.
If You are going to explore the city and looking for place to spend some hours a day and sleep at it’s bingo for You,clean,functional and the vibe is very warm and by my opinion You have there all You need and more and I stayed at this place Bayit=Home at Hebrew language many time and it really feels like this,Thank You Bayit and continue to work with Heart and try to do Your best !!!

Hotel położony jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, ok. 7min do morza, bezpośrednio autobus do centrum Starej Jaffy, do Białego Miasta i na pociąg na lotnisko czy do Jerozolimy. Pokoje, pościel i ręczniki są czyste. Kuchnia obszerna. Są dwie łazienki: jedna duża i z zatkanym odpływem, druga mała, ale czysta. Są też dwa tarasy: jeden mały i czysty, drugi brudny i z karaluchami (ale to podobno rodzina :D). Polecam to miejsce, jego stosunek jakości do ceny jest bardzo dobry. Pozdrawiam serdecznie pomocnego właściciela.

#DISAPPOINTINGSTAY!!!
During our stay, we encountered a distressing situation when we discovered that our money and two sets of jewelry were missing from our room. To our disappointment, when we reported the incident to the manager Jamal, instead of offering assistance and understanding, they chose to argue and shift the blame onto us.
This response from the manager was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As guests, we expected to be treated with respect and empathy, especially when facing such a troubling situation.
Instead, we felt disregarded and invalidated, further exacerbating our frustration.
Furthermore, the manager's attempt to reverse the situation and place fault on us was both unjust and unfounded. It is the responsibility of the hotel to provide a secure environment for their guests, and the absence of CCTV cameras in the area only heightened our concerns.
In addition to this unfortunate incident, we also experienced difficulties with the location, as it was distant and challenging to find taxis or convenient transportation options nearby. Moreover, upon check-in, there was a lack of assistance, and the cleanliness of the room, including the toilet and kitchen, was subpar.
We sincerely hope that Bayit Yafo takes our feedback seriously and undertakes measures to improve their security, train their staff in customer service, and address cleanliness issues. Guests should feel valued, supported, and safe during their stay, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of these expectations.
We caution potential guests to carefully consider their accommodation options in Tel Aviv, as our experience highlights the need for a more guest-focused and responsible establishment.

Title: A Disappointing Hotel Stay Experience at BAYIT HOTEL!!!

We recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my thoughts and provide an honest review of my stay.

From the moment we arrived, I noticed a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. We were not assisted during check in and just allowed us to manage ourselves. The hotel staff only appeared in the morning and when i asked for extra towel and some assistance with the tv, ac and some towels, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for guests.

Upon entering our room, I was immediately struck by its overall cleanliness. Unfortunately, it appeared that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. There were stains on the carpet, dust on surfaces, and a musty smell lingering in the air. It was evident that the housekeeping standards were below par.

To make matters worse, WE WERE ROBBED INSIDE OUR HOTEL WHILE WE WERE ON TOUR. WE LOST OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS! MONEY AND JEWELRIES! When we attempted to address these concerns with the hotel manager (Jamal) we were met with indifference and a lack of responsiveness. They seemed uninterested in resolving the issues or even acknowledging the problems at hand. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service further exacerbated my disappointment.
They even threatened us that we will have a problem should we report to police!!!!
It was only after we threatened that we will report to police when they decide to install CCTVs. We even saw the cctv technicians installing them when we went home.
These shortcomings greatly impacted our experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
We are greatly traumatized by this experience.

I hope that the management of this hotel takes these criticisms constructively and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests..

Amazing place, very clean and organized
Jamal was really nice and welcoming.
Feels like home, the kitchen and the shared areas are really cozy and comfortable to cook.

Bom custo-benefício. Mercado e ponto de ônibus do lado do estabelecimento. Apenas deixou a desejar o banheiro, pois, como é coletivo, quando você for usar logo após alguém ter tomado banho, pode ser que esteja encharcado.
