תמורה מאוד מאוד טובה למחיר. חדרים משופצים, רהיטים חדשים, הכל היה נקי. מיקום ממש מרכזי 6 דק משוק הכרמל, 3 דק מהים ויש בסביבה המון מה לעשות ומסעדות.

מקום מזעזע .ולא בטיחותי.החדר לא היה נקי.בחיים לא נחזור לשם. בניין נטוש הומלסים בכניסה .מעלית מסוכנת עם פתח מלמעלה .לא ממליץ.

This was one of the most humiliating and unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel.||||My flight to Tel Aviv was suddenly cancelled due to the outbreak of war, and I immediately informed the property about this force majeure and the fact that I couldn’t arrive. Instead of showing any understanding or human decency, the owner outright refused to issue a refund, responded with rudeness, lies, and complete disregard for the situation.||||He was aggressive and disrespectful over the phone, turning the conversation into a confrontation. Despite my efforts to resolve things calmly, he refused any cooperation. When my friend visited the hotel during the reservation time, no one was there, and the guests were completely on their own.||||This place has zero service, no empathy, and absolutely no sense of professionalism. If something unexpected happens to you — they will not only fail to help, but they’ll add to your stress and humiliation.||||Absolutely not recommended. This property is a disgrace to Booking.com and to the entire hospitality industry.

The worst hotel there is. Very dirty and filthy, floor sticky, garbage everywhere like no one live there from entrance to the lobby, elevator and to the room. I took my mother in her 80th birthday. Thought we will have a good time visiting Israel. We lost our first two days looking for a hotel. After long flights we thought we would have a good rest for our trip next day. Walked in the room smelling mold and stuffed like a basement storage room. Toilet wasn't clean, poops were still there yuck floor with dusts and hair all over. Trashed at the entrance and by our door floor were sticky looks like something spilled or vomit. Hot water kettle with open old yogurt inside. Fridge leaking on floor. Sofa bed uncomfortable and filthy. Curtains cover wall dirty with no windows. Shower small and broken. Staying here is a nightmare. And they still refused to give back our refund knowing I complained about their dirty hotel. Do not stay here I'm telling you. You'll regret it.

out d’abord l’entrée de l’hôtel est sale et pleine d’ordures qui ne sont pas ramassées. Soit. Puis l’accueil, regardez les photos cela vous donnera une idée du service de réception…mégots, verres sales, détritus jetés partout, poubelles qui débordent. Et ne nous sommes toujours pas montés dans la chambre, je garde le meilleur pour la fin ! Ascenseur n’est visiblement jamais entretenu, ni esthétiquement ni nettoyé. C’est une horreur. Enfin la chambre. Quand nous y sommes entrés nous nous somme demandés si elle avait été nettoyée ! Lavabo sale, toilettes avec des traces de défections, cheveux au sol, peintures abîmées…et pour couronner le tout, la clim avait été coupée donc il faisait 45 deg dans la chambre ! Je passe les draps mal nettoyés, la poussière omniprésente et certaines lumières qui ne fonctionnaient pas ! Enfin, des travaux au dessus de notre chambre au marteau piqueur à partir de 7h, tous les matins. Nous avons essayé de nous plaindre, une seule réponse « ce cela comme ça tous les matins nous n’avons pas le choix ». Cet hôtel est à fuir, surtout évitez le pour ne pas vivre la même expérience !!

In a costly place like Tel Aviv , this is a good budget option with an excellent location close to eateries and with easy access to beach. Since you would not be staying in room much anyways, the room ticks all the essential boxes since it offers a decent size room for couples in a central location on a quiet street. When we were visiting in Oct , there was road maintenance and construction works going on right in the front but this did not create any issue since we were not in room during working hours. The property is close to eateries/ supermarkets etc .||Although there is no full time manned reception, the hosts contact you through WhatsApp to provide you details about checking in and is also available on WhatsApp to attend to your requirements .||Altogether a very good option at the price point of this property.
